The joint laboratory aims to be an academic cooperation platform for researcher from both Parties, to collaborate in joint research activities on photoelectric energy materials and devices, which should focus on research on bioactive materials and gastrointestinal microecology.
2. China-Malaysia Joint Laboratory for Mycotoxin Research 中马真菌毒素研究联合实验室 , 2023
Collaborative partner: Agro-biological Gene Research Center, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS) 广东省农业科学院农业生物基因研究中心
The joint laboratory aims to be an academic interaction, cooperation, resource sharing and training platform for researchers from both Parties to collaborate in the joint research activities in the field of bioscience, food science, analytical chemistry, and sport science, which are focused on the research, development, technology transfer, and commercialization of exploration of mycotoxin detection method, receptor proteins and resistance genes to exogenous mycotoxins in pig or pig intestinal cell.

The joint laboratory aims to be an academic interaction, cooperation, resource sharing and training platform for researchers from both Parties to collaborate in the joint research activities in the field of bioscience, food science, analytical chemistry, and sport science, which are focused on the research, development, technology transfer, and commercialization of medicine food homology ingredient.
4. International Joint Laboratory for Research and Development of Characteristic Medicinal and Edible Resources in Yunnan Province, 云南省特色药食资源研发国际联合实验室2025
Collaborative partner: Dali University, 大理大学
The joint laboratory aims to serve as an academic platform for researchers from both institutions, focusing on the development and utilization of Southeast Asia's unique medicinal and edible resources. Through project collaboration, academic exchanges, and talent development, the laboratory will further promote the advancement of medicinal and edible resource initiatives between China and Southeast Asian countries.
5. Yunnan International Joint Laboratory of Lifestyle Management and Exercise Science 云南省生活方式管理与运动科学国际联合实验室 2026
Collaborative partner: Kunming Medical University, 昆明医科大学
The joint laboratory aims to: i) Promote scientific research collaboration in the fields of lifestyle medicine and exercise science through multinational cooperation; ii) Promote innovation in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation technologies for cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and age-related chronic diseases; iii) Establish a regional health data platform to facilitate the translation of scientific and technological achievements; iv) Jointly cultivate high-level talent; v) Enhance regional healthcare standards and public health management capacity.
